Somatic healing is a holistic therapy that helps people release tension and process emotions through body awareness, breathwork, and movement.

It's often used to treat conditions like anxiety, depression, PTSD, and chronic pain.

Somatic breathwork combines somatic experiencing and conscious breathing.

It’s an incredibly effective, yet simple and gentle, practice that aids in enhanced ability to feel and process uncomfortable emotions, as well as release stuck energy and limiting beliefs from the cells of your body.

It's an evidence-based practice that supports the nervous system's recovery after chronic stress and trauma.
