From Anxious and Guarded to Grounded and Open

Sara became a mom in November 2022 and saw the need for more holistic support for mothers.
Raised by a single mom, she overcame a challenging childhood shaped by addiction and trauma. Determined to build a stable, abundant life, Sara studied personal finances, discovered breathwork, and embraced somatic healing to process emotional baggage and come back to her authentic self.
As a certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Financial Wellness Facilitator, Sara has healed her anxiety, works with her C-PTSD, has paid off $100K in debt, has saved $100K, and earns a six-figure income. She now helps fellow mamas heal, grow, and thrive through her work.

No worries! Every live call is recorded and added to our private portal, so you can revisit them anytime. Many moms participate fully, even while juggling busy schedules.
Not at all. Resourced is beginner-friendly. Every practice is guided gently and safely, with options to go at your own pace.
The choice is yours. You can plan to spend up to 1–2 hours per week if you attend live calls, participate in recorded programs, and/or engage in the online community. The rhythm is designed to support moms with full lives, not overwhelm them.
