Group Purpose:
~ Promote your business, products, and services to a local community
~ Share resources, tips, and strategies for balancing business and motherhood
~ Exchange referrals and collaborate with other mom-owned businesses
~ Discuss local business opportunities, events, and networking
~ Provide and receive support for the unique challenges of entrepreneurial motherhood  

Posting Guidelines:
~ Promotion Limit: You may share business promotions up to twice (2 times) per month
~ Clear Pricing: Include pricing information upfront in all promotional posts
~ Local Focus: While some national topics are welcome, prioritize Connecticut-specific content
~ Value-Driven: Share content that provides genuine value to other members
~ Event Promotion: Local business events, markets, and workshops are always welcome  

Community Standards:
~ Mutual Support: Celebrate each other's successes and offer encouragement during challenges
~ Professional Conduct: Maintain respectful, business-appropriate communication
~ No Discrimination: Zero tolerance for sexist, racist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory behavior
~ Constructive Feedback: Offer business advice thoughtfully and only when requested
~ Local Resources: Share Connecticut-specific business resources, contacts, and opportunities

Founding Member Annual Fee: $50 (compared to Standard Annual fee of $100)

Why an Annual Fee?  

Quality Assurance: Personal moderation of each email ensures that the content shared is relevant, respectful, and valuable. This meticulous process requires time and resources, and the fee will support our moderators’ efforts.  

Community Growth: The fee will help manage the increased administrative load, allowing us to focus on fostering meaningful connections and discussions.  

Sustainability: The fee will enable us to invest in the necessary tools and technologies to keep our listserv running smoothly, ensuring that we can continue to serve our members effectively. 

About the Founder

As a certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Sara guides matriarchs and healers to release emotional baggage, experience profound presence, and reclaim their authentic selves through the power of breath.

Her journey from childhood trauma and anxiety to healing and self-discovery has given her deep empathy and understanding of the challenges women face.

She's personally experienced how somatic practices can create lasting change - healing internal chaos and helping her show up more fully for herself and her family.

She's committed to leading generational well-being and healthy wealth through a body-first healing approach.

Sara's been offering Financial Well-Being services since 2019, and has worked with hundreds of moms since starting ReMothering Mamas in 2023.
